She walked around the beach, her head held high with pride but her eyes focusing on the sand as if she was ashamed of something. She wasn't sure where she was going. This beach had drawn her to it. The shells where so beatiful and the sound of the waves rushing up to meet the shore capitvated her. It had been a while since she had dared to leave the La Push Reserve and now that she had dared ventured out she wondered who might be lurking around here. Perhaps a vampire that may want to cause trouble? or maybe one who wished to make peace. The later of the two was quite unlikey, but she figured it was a risk worth taking, She was tired of being couped up inside. It was troublesome to her, to have to live that kind of life. If the vampires were free to roam with the mortals, so was she. She found a nice spot by the beach and sat down indian style. She smiled as she spotted oceans out in the distance. It felt great to be free for once, like a dog being let of the chain that had been chained up for a few years to long.

He had been wondering around the beach all mourning, unsure of it he had been wise to come out here. He was new to the area, but he also had enough sense to know that the La Push Reserve was the spot for werewolves, however curoisity had led him here. He spotted a girl in the distance sitting by the shore and right off the bat he knew that it was one of his kind. It was something about the way she held herself, proud yet ashamed, unsure of which to be. He approached with caution, knowing better than to just sneak up on her and frighten her, to wake up the wolf within. His grey eyes shined brightly in the sun light, a few of the green-blue specks sparking. She sat next to her silently, picking up a shell, the kind that you'd see walking around on the beach shores with a little almost helpless crab beneath it. He looked into it, seeing no crab he offered it to the girl. "As a token of friendship?"He asked, his voice a mere whisper as if he was afraid that there was a large crowd of people nearby. "My name is Zack, may I ask your name?"He was watching her, intrigued by her form, sad yet happy...different yet the same. He didn't jump as a large husky like dog ran over to them, a tennis ball hanging out of one side of his mouth as he bounded around them, running back to his whistling owner. Zack felt his muscles relax, even though he was unaware that he had even tensed.

She could tell there was another werewolf around, even before he sat down next to her, her gaze shifted slowly from the ocean to him...he was, well, to her stunning. His hair hung down below his eyes, and both his hair and eyes seemed dark and slightly dangerous. She watched as he picked up a shell and examined it, then offered it to her. She tilted her head slightly to the left and took it, playing with it and twisting it between her fingers like she used to do the necklace that she insisted on wearing around her neck when she was five or six...when she was still innocent and mortal. She nodded. "My name is Katherine, and I accept your token of friendship Zack." She had spoken then turned her attention back to the ocean just in time to miss the fact that a giant dog was running towards them with a tennis ball in it's mouth. She jumped slighly, then chuckled softly. She felt so foolish. A werewolf getting scared of a dog? how likely is that. She watched as the dog returned to his owner. "This is my first time begin away from La Push in a while...what about you?" She watched him, pushing her own hair out from in front of her face.

He watched her, carefully brushing his hair out from in front of his face as she spoke. He took in her words wondering what she'd do if she told him that he didn't live at La Push. He shrugged, looking back out to the ocean, eyes holding a bit of a complex emotion.
"I have never even been to La Push. I had planned on going later on, but I haven't been yet."
He looked back at her so he could read the reaction on her face.
"I sensed you here...so I came here instead."

She tilted her head to the side once again, eyes drifting back to him. He hadn't been to La Push? So...he was new around these parts. She smiled softly watching him. What if she had been a vampire...she sighed, dismissing the thought seeing as she already knew the answer. IF she was a vampire, he would have sensed it. If she was one, they would be fighting...after all, a vampire wouldn't like a werewolf...would it? She didn't say anything, just turned her line of view back to the ocean, wondering what he would do if she just walk out until she just sunk. The idea was tempting, but...she better not. She might not some back up, plus she needed to go get her house reserved.

He stood up, deciding that she didn't want to start a conversation with him...at least not at the moment. He tilted his head to the side, eyes still watching her. Then shook his head. Dismissing all thoughts of even carring on a conversation with her. He turned, heading towards La Push. A bit of a bounce in his step.
ooc: Sorry so short Kat.
