O o C: Information about the Cullen house was taken from Twilight Lexicon. Except for the description of Jasper's study; it was all imagination from there. =]
B i C: The faded white, three story house could practically be described as being in the middle of nowhere; it was rather detached from any other homes, seeing as it wasn't in the main town of Forks. But perhaps it was better this way, after all the Cullens most probably proffered to be left alone, especially during the times when their eyes are black in color; indicating that they haven't fed. If one wasn't careful enough, the human might find themselves getting hurt, in the worst way imaginable. Of course, it wasn't Carlisle Cullen they had to worry about, no, the 'father' could contain himself. Out of all the Cullens, Jasper would be the one you had to be careful around, and the vampire knew that very well. But he was working on this...obstacle, he had been for several years now.
Jasper Whitlock Hale was found upon the second floor of the house, go through the main door, up the curving staircase and down the long hall. Enter the room that is directly above the front door and the piano area of the living room and you'll find yourself in one of the many bedrooms. At first glance, you'd most probably consider this to be Alice's room, well, you're not wrong there; Alice has her personality plastered all over the room, there was no sign that Jasper even shared the room with her- then again, they never needed to sleep in the first place. If you look around the room, you'd notice another door. The door connected the bedroom to the adjoining room, which was in fact, Jasper's study/office. Alice and Jasper both shared the connecting spaces, there was no real territorial problem between the two.
The study was rather large, the floors paneled with honey-colored wood, a portion covered with a thick and plush white carpet. Bookshelves were filled along three of the four walls, countless number of books lined along each and every shelf, ranging in size, thickness and color. Jasper did enjoy a good read once in a while. The fourth and final part of what should have been a wall was in fact a floor-to-ceiling glass window, allowing the pale, silver moonlight to shine through the dimly lit study. A wooden desk was found rather close to the glass window, opposite the door that connected to the bedroom. And that was where he sat, upon the swiveling chair, back facing the window. His posture was as graceful as ever, even as he was leaning forward, arms resting against the surface of the wooden desk. There was a book in his hands, his ocher colored eyes fixed on the book, moving briefly as he read. A small smile formed onto the vampire's pale lips once in a while, an occasional soft laugh escaping.
It was rather obvious that Jasper was finding the contents of the book to be rather amusing. Then again, giving his position, you couldn't have blamed him; humans had rather vivid imaginations. A vampire...turning into a bat? He thought silently to himself, shaking his head as a smile appeared once again. He must have read the book at least a hundred times, yet he never got tired of it. Bram Stoker's Dracula. It was more like a comedy than a horror book to him. Jasper wasn't really aware of how long he had been sitting in his study, time didn't mean anything to him anymore. Pale fingers flipped the page, eyes never once left the type written words. Never once did his concentration break. Never once did he glance up to see that someone was standing by the doorway...

Alice had been lying on her stomach on her luxurious bed admiring her artwork of magazine cut outs as well as her own creations. Her walls were original a coffee cream, to complement her white carpet, but behind all of the pictures you could barley make it out. She smiled as her legs kicked up and down. She found the ‘fades’ that humans have gone through. Some of them she liked, and usually showed it, though her clothes and loud music.
She sighed and rolled over to the end of her bed, gently landing on her feet. She skipped to the door that when opened, showed the study that her and Jasper shared. She opened the door quietly making sure that it did not swing and hit the wall, as she did not want to disturb Jasper if he was busy. She only wanted to peak at him while he wasn’t looking. She saw him will with head in a book and a slight grin on his face. She smiled lovingly at him gripping the doorframe as she swung on her toes, keeping silent. She bit her bottom lip as she was deciding wherever or not to disturb him or go back into her room and leave him to his reading.
She heard him chuckle, she smiled and laughed along with him “ What’s so funny” She said quietly, Jasper was the only person who she would answer to with just a quiet voice. She let go of the door frame and walked slowing to stand behind his chair to catch a glimpse at the book, and to be closer to him.
